Morrisey said the actions were done without a state dealer's license & in unlock violation of repeated cease & desist orders from the state Division of Motor Vehicles. "Any business which circumvents the law have to be dealt by accordingly, & this grievance demonstrates our commitment to prevent consumers," he said.
